Complaints about incorrect whois data
When registering a domain name, and based on the general DNS.be terms and conditions, the registrant is required to fill in his/her/its correct personal details and to have a functioning e-mail address. This will enable DNS.be or any other party involved to contact the registrant.
If the personal details or e-mail address are not correct, any party with an interest is entitled to lodge a complaint with DNS.be. To do this, you need to call up the domain name using the online WHOIS function. There is a link under the personal details for completing a complaint form. Please provide sufficient information to substantiate your complaint.
