DNS.be structure
The non-profit organisation DNS.be has a Board of Directors and a Strategic Committee.
The Board (B), which is the major controlling entity, currently consists of 3 members. The Board is assisted by the Strategic Committee (SC) that prepares the Board's decisions or provides advice regarding topics associated to the organisation. The Strategic Committee consists of representatives of the founding members, the effective members and advisory members, specialised in particular matters. The Strategic Committee currently members 9 members.
Furthermore, DNS.be has a general director, Mr. Philip Du Bois. He is responsible for the association's daily management and the running of the operations. He is accountable to the DNS.be Board.

Prof. Pierre Verbaeten (KUL) is the former manager of .be when the non-profit organisation DNS.be was not yet created. After having transferred the management of .be, he remained closely connected with it.
